Owner, Head Coach
Jordan Helms
(She/They)
A midwest native, Coach Jordan combines nearly a decade of experience, top accreditations, and techniques that have helped over a hundred clients get results.
Jordan opened up St. Pete Strength Club because strength training should be inviting to all, enjoyable, and not just about competition.

Coach Jordan is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist; a Level 2 Certified Online Coach; and has her Bachelor's and Masters's in Exercise Science (Kansas, Smith College). She was also a Division I school record holder in Rowing.

Linnea Hall
(She/Her)
Coach Linnea originates from Spokane Valley, Washington.

A lover of movement, fitness, and science, you can expect great technical coaching from Linnea.
When Linnea is not coaching or lifting heavy back squats, you can find her rock climbing, doing yoga, or hanging with her Corgi, Einstien.

Coach Linnea has her Group Fitness Instructor Certification (AFAA-CGFI) and her Bachelor's in Biochemistry (Eckerd College).

Meghan Antrim
(She/They)
Originally from Pottstown, PA. What got Meghan into fitness was using strength training for gender affirmation.

Meghan is passionate about helping people reach their goals and get stronger!
​
Their favorite things besides bench press is Blush Tea & Coffee and listening to Fleetwood Mac and Queen.

Stephanie Adamo
(She/Her)
Originating from the Garden State. Come enjoy a restorative flow with our yoga professional.

Stephanie specializes in helping people new to yoga as well as providing yoga flows that complement what we do in our Strength Classes.

Brooke Bordelon
(She/Her)
Brooke comes to us all the way from Bristol, Tennessee.
​
She originally got into strength training by being introduced to powerlifting in school.
​
Quickly she saw the benefits of strength training and she knew she wanted to help others get stronger too.
​
Brooke’s favorite lift is deadlifts and a fun fact about Brooke is she once lived in Thailand!
