We offer daily in-person, small-group personal training and 1-on-1 personal training by appointment. Coaching packages include training and nutrition support, goal setting, training structure, and eating.

We are an appointment-based studio. So you are welcome to come workout in our facility during group sessions or a scheduled appointment

All sessions are 45-55 minutes long with a warm-up, a focused portion (strength, circuit, conditioning), and finish with a cool down and stretching.
“Is this like CrossFit?”
-
St. Pete Strength Club is not affiliated with CrossFit nor resembles CrossFit. We are a client-centered Strength Studio built on getting you results, not on competition.
“What if I have never lifted weights before?”

That's no problem. Most of our members started their strength journey here. You will progress to movements that fit your goals and experience.
“What should I bring to my session?”
-
Dressed to work, water bottle and your best attitude (:

We offer a variety of memberships based on the number of sessions you can attend per month. There are no contracts, just a 30-day cancellation notice. We offer in-person training, remote training, and hybrid training.
“What kind of style of training do you coach?”
-
We primarily do barbell, dumbbell, and kettlebell training with conditioning sprinkled in. Style depends on the individual's goal but is primarily on an athletic and mindful approach to fitness, muscle, and strength.

“What is Barbell Club?”
-
Barbell Club is a small-group session that is offered on Friday nights and Saturday mornings. It is available to all members. Barbell Club will focus a longer portion of the session on a barbell movement (bench, squat, or deadlift) and work up to heavier weights. The remainder of the session is a full-body strength circuit. This small group is a fun option to meet other members, build confidence with the barbell, and leave feeling really, really strong.
